New generation of wireless emergency lighting monitoring

30/03/2026

NHP Electrical Engineering Products is proud to announce the upcoming launch of Nexus Pro, an advanced wireless emergency lighting monitoring system designed to set a new standard for compliance, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency in modern buildings.

Developed for consultants, electrical contractors, and facility managers, Nexus Pro delivers a smarter, more secure way to manage emergency lighting through automated testing, reporting, and diagnostics. All without the need for complex systems integration or access to building networks.

Built for a safer, smarter, environment

As cybersecurity requirements rise across the construction and infrastructure sectors, Nexus Pro protects critical building systems with a secure wireless mesh network validated to IEC62443 cybersecurity standards. This level of security ensures building networks, significantly reduces their exposure to cyber threats, and provides peace of mind for asset owners.

With industry‑leading scalability, each Nexus Pro router is designed to support over 1,000 fittings, making it the highest‑capacity wireless emergency lighting system on the market. This reduces the number of routers required on a project, lowering installation time, simplifying maintenance, and delivering the lowest total cost of ownership across a building’s lifecycle.

Introducing new smart control features

The Nexus Pro mobile app gives users the flexibility to monitor, commission, and manage emergency lighting through a mobile app. Whether overseeing a single building or multiple sites.

  • Automated compliance reporting: Reducing administrative workload.
  • Mobile commissioning: Fast and simple installs.
  • Real‑time diagnostics: Minimise downtime.
  • Full backward compatibility: With existing Stanilite RF systems.
  • Automatic system updates: Over the air (OTA) updates to optimise system performance
Availability

Nexus Pro will begin its rollout across Australia in July 2026 with opportunities for early engagement. NHP will support the launch with technical training, demonstration sessions, and dedicated digital content to help industry partners transition to the new platform with confidence.
