NHP's Festive Season Support and Holiday Closure Details

As 2025 draws to a close, we’d like to take a moment to thank you for your continued support throughout the year. It’s been a big one, and we’re grateful to have shared it with you. To help you plan ahead, here’s everything you need to know about our end-of-year shutdown period and how to access support if you need it.

Holiday Closure Dates

Our offices will be closed from midday Wednesday 24 December 2025, and reopening Tuesday 6 January 2026. During this time, we’ll have skeleton staff available between 7.30am and 4pm (excluding public holidays) to assist with emergency breakdowns and urgent accelerated deliveries.

Order Fulfilment & Deliveries

To maximise the chance of receiving stocked items before the Christmas shutdown, please place your order on or before 18 December 2025.

Standard orders placed during the shutdown will be scheduled for delivery from 6 January 2026.

Our afterhours service is also available, with a minimum $400 charge if goods are supplied.
