NHP Helps Raise Over $123,000 in Cycle 4 Change 2026

NHP is proud to celebrate another successful year supporting Southern Cross Kids' Camps (SCKC) through the Cycle 4 Change 2026 charity ride. This four day event was held between 20-23 March 2026 across the stunning landscapes of Northern Tasmania, a region known for its vast farmland and coastal towns making it a challenging climb.

This year, a dedicated group of seven cyclists supported by four crew members took on the challenge. Together, with the encouragement of colleagues, partners and supporters, the team helped raise more than $123,000 to fund life changing camp experiences for children living in difficult circumstances.

Why this ride matters

The funds raised through Cycle 4 Change directly support Southern Cross Kids’ Camps. These programs provide a safe environment, and positive experiences for children who have faced trauma or hardship.

Cycle 4 Change offers two ride options each day. Routes in 2026 covered between 70 and 137 kilometres per stage, with significant climbing that tested even experienced riders. The physical challenge is designed to reflect the resilience shown by children who attend SCKC camps.

One of our riders shared, "Every climb reminded me that the kids we ride for face far bigger hills in life. Knowing that kept me going when things got tough."

Teamwork on and off the bike

Our crew played an essential role in keeping the team moving, managing logistics, providing encouragement and making sure riders were safe and looked after throughout the four days.

A crew member reflected, "Being on the support crew is incredibly rewarding. You get to see firsthand how much heart goes into every kilometre and what it means for the kids we are supporting."

This sense of unity and purpose is at the core of NHP’s involvement each year. It mirrors our culture of community, teamwork, and contributing to something bigger than ourselves.
