                                Are these the only courses Rockwell Automation offer?Close to 30 courses are available now, Rockwell Automation are continuing to develop and release new courses. New courses will be available at release automatically to our annual subscribers, and available as an a la carte option to our customers who purchase 90-day access. 
- 
                                How do these classes compare to the instructor led classes Rockwell Automation offer?Learning+ courses contain roughly 90-95% of the content of Rockwell Automation traditional training courses. Virtual Classroom sessions feature an instructor with you, providing the content and offering demonstrations of labs that are included in the training.

                                How do I order the subscription?The easiest way to order is through filling out the form at the bottom of this page where you will then be contacted by an NHP representative.

                                Will Virtual Classroom sessions have any “hands-on” demonstrations?Virtual Classroom sessions will include a show and tell style of demonstration, but customers will not have access to a physical demo or a hands-on experience. The e-learning modules provide interactive lab experiences within the modules to enhance the learning experience. 
- 
                                What languages are available?Various e-learning courses have been translated, as noted in the Learning+ course availability list. That list will continue to be updated. Virtual Classroom sessions will be scheduled globally and will offer instructors delivering the content in local language. The course materials may be available in local language if they have been previously translated. If local language is available for course materials, they will be provided as the customer accesses the virtual session.

                                Will participants in Virtual Classroom sessions have access to standard course materials?Yes. Customers will receive access to Rockwell Automation course materials through their digital platform, Mimeo, as part of the Virtual Classroom experience.

                                Do Toolkit or Software Support users qualify to purchase access to the subscription level?Yes. Toolkit and Software Support users can purchase access to Learning+ in the same manner TechConnect℠ users do. 
- 
                                Do Learning+ courses count as prerequisites for the Traditional or Accelerated Certificate Paths?Yes. Learning+ qualifies as a prerequisite for all Logix certificate paths. 
- 
                                Can users start and stop courses when needed and save progress?Yes, you may bookmark your place to pick up where you left off within the e-learning courses. Virtual Classroom events happen in real time and are not recorded. 
- 
                                Are Learning+ courses broken up by module?Yes, each course is made up of a series of modules. Each module is targeted to be around 8 minutes long for e-learning. Virtual Class events are delivered in roughly two-hour increments. 
- 
                                If a customer purchases annual access to all courses, can they retake the course after completion?Yes, the customer can complete the courses multiple times after completion. Assessments cannot be retaken though once they are passed with an 80% or higher. Virtual Classroom sessions can also be taken multiple times. 
- 
                                How will a customer receive the access code? Will a distributor know the access code?The customer will receive the access code via email. If there are multiple access keys assigned to one user, they will all be supplied in an email. If multiple line items are entered by the distributor then multiple emails will go out to each of the users identified by the distributor. Distributors will not know this code, only the user that made the purchase.

                                Do SI’s, SP’s or OEMs have special pricing for Learning+?No, there is no special pricing available to the above groups. SIs may redeem RASI funds for Learning+ through purchase in Software Portal only. Please search for Learning+ in the portal to redeem incentive dollars.

                                Does the customer need to specify which course they would like to complete when placing the order?No, customers do not need to specify the course before entering the system. Users will select the course they would like to complete once they enter the portal and activate their access key.
