COVID-19 Update - New Zealand

Like the rest of the country, NHP is delighted that New Zealand now has moved to Stage 1 restrictions in our effort to combat the unprecedented effects of COVID-19.

The move to Stage 1 allows all NHP staff to return to their usual workplace and to engage with our customers and partners in the same way we always have - face to face when that suits you, or on the phone or online when that's your preference.

NHP is fully adhering to the guidelines set out by the NZ Ministry of Health for COVID-19 Level 1 and hygiene practices remain a priority, with sanitiser stations and cleaning regimes throughout our facilities.

We continue to encourage our staff to stay vigilant - if they have cold or flu symptoms, we ask that they do not come to work and that they consult a doctor.

We look forward to working with our valued customers and partners to help the wheels of production in New Zealand to be full steam ahead once again.

Education, training, and events

  • NHP is starting to organise future training events based on trainer availability (for NZ residents only). In the interim, we will continue to run regular Live and On Demand webinars. Keep a look out for invitations via our social media platforms and through direct mail.

Integrated supply chain operations

  • NHP continues to maintain a significant stock holding in our warehouse operations across New Zealand and are working hard to provide our customers with normal lead times.
  • The reduced airfreight and sea vessel capacity continues to present challenges globally, however the NHP Supply Chain team are working closely with our manufacturing and transport partners to minimize potential impact to you.

NHP are committed to supporting the wellbeing of our people, reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and ensure that NHP maintains a reliable service to customers and partners. NHP continues to closely monitor developments and will act decisively in the best interests of our people, customers, and partners.

For many of us, this is a highly disruptive and uncertain time. Rest assured the NHP team is here to assist you to navigate this unprecedented situation. We appreciate that you may have queries and we encourage you to contact your key NHP contact to discuss any questions that you have.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation during this challenging time.
